Refunds, Cancellations & Deferrals

Your seat is confirmed when your first payment clears.

• Full refund. Request within 7 days of enrolling, as long as the program has not yet started, and you'll receive a full refund of everything paid.
• After that window. Payments already made are non-refundable, and any remaining installments stay due. In place of a refund, you may defer your seat once to the next cohort at no extra cost.
• Once the program begins. No refunds. If a genuine hardship comes up, reach out and I'll consider a one-time deferral to a future cohort at my discretion.

All requests go to hello@thenewarchetype.ai. Payment plans are processed through PayPal; deferring or cancelling does not automatically stop scheduled PayPal installments during the refund window, so please contact me directly.
